Questions about your Aruba eSIM
When should I install it?+
Install it before you travel, while you have Wi-Fi. The plan doesn't start until it first connects to a network at your destination.
Will I keep my WhatsApp and phone number?+
Yes. The eSIM only adds data. Your usual SIM stays in your phone, and WhatsApp keeps working with your number.
Can I share data (hotspot)?+
On most plans, yes. If a carrier restricts it, we say so on the plan.
What if I run out of data?+
Buy another plan in seconds and install it alongside the first: your phone can hold several eSIMs, and you choose which one uses data.
