Terms of use and purchase

1. Who we are

Etilion is a service of Ignacio Bausa Edo (full details in the Legal notice). We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIMs. We are not an operator: the network service is provided by licensed mobile operators and wholesalers.

2. Before you buy

• Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check our compatibility guide.
• Plans are data only unless stated otherwise. Your usual number keeps working on your SIM.
• Coverage, operators, speed and fair-use rules for each plan are shown before purchase.

3. Price and payment

Prices include VAT and are shown in the currency you choose. The price at checkout is final. Payment is processed by PayPal (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal account). Card payments require your bank's verification (3-D Secure).

To protect our customers from fraud, we may hold an order for review or reject it. If we reject it, we refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Your eSIM is delivered within seconds of payment confirmation, on the order page and by email. If for any reason we cannot deliver it, we refund you in full automatically.

5. Activation and use

• Each eSIM can only be installed once. If you delete it from your phone, it may not be recoverable.
• Unless the plan states otherwise, validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, and it must be installed within 180 days of purchase.
• Unlimited plans may reduce speed after a daily allowance, as stated on each plan.
• Reselling eSIMs or using them for unlawful purposes is not allowed.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a digital service delivered immediately, by paying you expressly request immediate performance. You lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the eSIM is installed or activated. Until you install it, you can cancel and receive a full refund under our Refund policy.

Top-ups are added to an eSIM already delivered as soon as you pay, so the right of withdrawal ends once they have been added.

7. Liability

We do everything we can to make your eSIM work, including automatically switching to an equivalent network if a provider fails. Network quality depends on local operators. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Complaints and governing law

Write to info@etilion.com and we will reply as soon as possible. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence, whose courts have jurisdiction.
