Delete your Etilion account

In the app

1. Open Etilion and go to Settings.
2. Tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm.

Without the app

Write to info@etilion.com from your account’s email address and ask us to delete it. We’ll do it and confirm within one month at most.

What is deleted

• The sessions signed in on all your devices and their notification tokens.
• Any pending sign-in codes.
• Conversations with the help assistant made on that phone.

What is kept, and for how long

• Order and billing data: 6 years, as commercial and tax law requires.
• Security and anti-fraud records: 12 months.
• Technical error reports: 90 days at most.
• Conversations with the assistant made on other devices: 90 days.

Your eSIMs

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel or refund your eSIMs: they keep working until they expire, and you can open them with the link in each order’s email.

Deleting only some data

Without deleting your account, you can ask info@etilion.com to erase specific data. We’ll keep only what the law requires us to.
